STUDENTS THAT HAVE GONE ON TO STUDY AT UNIVERSITY:
Over the last two years all students who wanted to go to University after studying one of our subjects have gone on to study at their first choice University.
EXTRA CURRICULAR OPPORTUNITIES IN THE SUBJECT:
This year we have introduced the role of Art Ambassadors.
We have students from each college and year group (KS3, 4 and 5) taking more involvement in the subject with opportunities to offer their feedback and ideas on how the subject is taught as well as coming up with ideas for competitions, events and creating art work around school and for the new colleges.
We offer Art clubs for all key stages as an extra opportunity for them to develop their skills, finish work or try new things. KS3 art clubs take place at lunchtimes, KS4 have an after school club every Thursday 3.15-5.00pm.
We encourage all of our students to participate in some form of activity throughout the year and aim to cater for all needs.
